The story of Toby

Wednesday, August 24th, 2005

Just got the most beautiful golden retriever… his name is toby… toby needs to be taken out every 1,5 hours… it’s a lot of work really, but we all adored him so much…

last time when toby started to pee in the appt., i yelled and immediately carried him out… he however refused to walk, but i was so pissed off that we just stood on one corner untill he did it… came back to the appt. found out that i didn’t have the key to the appt. with me… the thing was, Sebastian was in there when we left and we didn’t walk for long really, however it was obvious that he wasn’t there anymore and i was stuck outside without my walet (can’t go on trams), hand phone (can’t contact anyone) and coat (was cool a bit)…

the other day we went to park, just the 2 of us… i read my harry potter book and he had a good time running on a green grass… it was really good… we fell a sleep for while…

toby goes on pretty good with ricky (the cat)… they don’t play together, but also don’t bother each other… sometimes toby wants to play with ricky, but ricky is too old to play with him, so he would just ran away or climb on sebastian’s bed (mindy never lets ricky on her bed and mine is too short for him to hide)…

i will publish the picture of toby very soon… the thing is, i left the cable for the digi-cam in ireland… so gotta wait until john is back to visit me in germany…

Bonsai Kitten

Sunday, August 7th, 2005

Just read on my mailing list that somewhere, they are developing bonsai kitten. They it works is by placing the kitten in a glass bottel and have 2 straws that use to 1) feed them and 2) let out their poos. The oragnisation are proudly announced this invention by saying: With this in mind, we are proud to now offer to
you the animal complement of this art form; the Bonsai Kitten.
I personaly think this is a crime. Look at their galery of bottled kittens. Only those who has no feelings could do that.
